There is nothing like unexpected travel to throw you off your eating game.
In a couple weeks I’m due to travel to Thailand. I don’t know if my palate is going to love their food because I’m a picky eater. On top of that, it is a 23 hr flight to get there…. and another 23 to get back.
Thanks to international terrorists taking food and water through various check points is a pain. So now I’m forced to eat whatever is at the airport or on the plane. The fat girl in me is elated to see all of the junk food, but the wanna-be disciplined trainer is having a panic attack.
Travel is usually the point where even my best clients SKY DIVE off of their eating habits (these heffers don’t trip and fall lmao….love y’all).
